Simple Claims Billing Services LLC is committed to simplifying your claims processing, billing processes, and other Health Information/Patient Services at your private practice, to ensure that you get paid on time and don’t miss payer deadlines. We will follow the claim from start to finish, from preparing the claim once your note and coding is complete, sending that claim to the clearinghouse, sending to the payer, reviewing any denials or rejections, processing and recording insurance payments, and billing your patients. We will even contact your patients to collect missing/invalid information, and regarding claim denials that require their attention. ABOUT THE OWNER AND HOW WE STARTED

I've always had a passion for healthcare and the total patient experience, from setting up an appointment to paying a bill and everything in-between that makes up the process. In 2019, I made the decision to pursue a degree in Registered Health Information Technology, and I graduated with honors in 2021 and received my RHIT certification that year as well. With my combined experience as a Mental Health Receptionist / Insurance Specialist at a private practice, and my Business Management degree and experience, I decided I wanted to help more people. I'm motivated to help private practices reduce workloads and simplify their processes, in order to allow more time to focus on patient care and growing their practice. This includes being present and helpful for patients when they have questions about their bill, need to schedule or get a referral, or other requests. I'm all about simplifying the process and making others feel welcome, comfortable and less overwhelmed.
